WHO WE ARE
We specialize in manufacturing of complex multi-ply paper sacks with effective barrier properties & excellent quality printing to meet the customized requirements of its customers. With annual plant capacity of 20 million sacks at our Dahej plant in Gujarat, we strive to deliver smallest order quantity and collaboratively maintain minimum required stocks for our valued customers who desire just in time control over their packaging inventory.
OUR PRODUCT
Our paper bags are converted from imported natural and bleached 100% virgin Kraft Papers (Natural, Semi Extensible, Fully Extensible and High Porous Sack Kraft Papers) that are Eco-friendly, biodegradable and recyclable. These are high-performance papers that allow down-gauging without compromising the paper sack strength or integrity. As a result, high-quality burst-resistant product ranging from 1 ply to 4 plies having a packing capacity of 5 kg to 70 kg, is manufactured to deliver products safely to far off destinations.
COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
With our in-house quality testing lab we aspire for continuous improvement while staying focused on value creation. Our quality lab includes digital testing instruments for measurement of burst factor, tensile strength, moisture content, print quality, adhesive bond strength, and other quality parameters to test incoming, in stage and final products. Our lab is an R&D center to test new ideas and produce superior designs of the product.
